Thursday
The border guards let me back into the country without any questions. We spent the night at Mayakovskaya. In the morning we got to the office and Seva reported that Kalkin had been dealt with.
— Excellent! One less problem, — Zhorik clapped his hands and ordered everyone to dive back into work, no sleep until evening! Re-acclimating to Moscow after Los Angeles is serious business. Tomorrow morning we head out for the anniversary.
— What? What anniversary?
— We missed it last year. This year we’re celebrating.
— Celebrating what?
— Two years! You’re impossible to get together. Didn’t work out a year ago. Tomorrow we’re going to Chicha’s place!
