When the project was handed in, the publisher read through the sparring match between me and the editor, threw out half of it, and made us rewrite the rest. They attached a note saying the two of us were theoretical suckers with no practical training whatsoever. This book isn't about literature and it isn't about Russian history in the '90s. It's a beginner entrepreneur's manual. Chapter 20 lays out, in plain terms, what it means to work an office job, what it means to slave away at a factory, and what it means to run your own business. Only suckers miss an analogy that straight.
Honestly, I didn't see any of that myself, but I've attached the boss's opinion to the flagged chapter anyway. Let it stand.
